Guest Table Decor

The guest table decor will give you everything you'll need to make a beautiful guest table, that works with your menu, and makes your guest tables look like a beautiful work of art. This upgrade is not included in any of the reception packages, and must be added separately.

Guest Table Package

Our Guest Table Package is for those who want a truly gorgeous event and just want to walk into their party and be "Wowed"! We offer absolutely amazing centerpieces and we set everything up and take everything down.  You can select your colors and then we do the rest. These guest table items are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event

Satin guest table linens in your color choice.
Beautiful linen table runners - choice of satin or sequin
One specialty linen for cake table.
One specialty linen for sweetheart table.
Service table linens for buffet table, beverage table, and DJ table.
Beautiful centerpieces - glass or metal base
Chargers – choice of gold or silver
Linen napkin - folded
The Chateau staff will do all of the Guest Table Package set-up

$8.90 per guest, plus hall rental price. 10 guests per table. This is for a guest count over 100
$10.40 per guest, plus hall rental price. 10 guests per table. This is for a guest count under 100
Add 8.5% service charge for on-site management

This package can be customized. If you would like to take something away from this package (or add something), just let us know. Pricing may be adjusted.

Guest Table Mini

This is a "linens only" version of the Guest Table Package and includes everything listed and are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event

Service table linens for buffet table, beverage table, and DJ table.
The Chateau staff will do all of the Guest Table Mini set-up

$2.95 per guest plus hall rental price - 10 guests per table - guest count over 100
$4.45 per guest plus hall rental price - 10 guests per table - guest count under 100
Add 8.5% service charge for on-site management
