Bartender or Server experience? Work part-time and use your service oriented personality to help us host some of the best parties in town.
Saturday events include 12 hours of venue rental time. Saturday events have access at 2:00 and party ends at 1 AM. All vendors out of building by 2 AM. Earlier events can be accommodated.
Fri & Sun events include 10 hours of venue rental time.
Mon - Thurs events include 8 hours of venue rental time.
Begin with the Basic Event. The Basic Event includes all of your table and chair set-ups, plus decor and amenities. The Basic Event price depends on the number of guests you are expecting and the day of the week that you are hosting your event. You also receive more than just the tables and chairs. Scroll down to the Basic Event package "what's included" contents and learn more.
Next, choose the packages that contain what you'd like us to provide. Each package focuses on specific parts of your reception. Everything you have us provide will be set up for you. When you walk through the door on the day of your party, we will be set up and ready for your event to begin. You'll need only to finish up any loose ends that you have handled yourself. And it will now be time to enjoy your party.
You can host the perfect event that includes only the things you need and nothing you don't. And importantly, our packages work towards getting you can get the best possible price!

Basic Event | END
Everything you'll need to serve your menu. Great for the client who has hired a restaurant to drop off the food or has had their menu prepared by the family chefs.
We do not provide food, but we can provide the staff and rentals that you'll need to serve your menu.
Chafing Dishes (up to 5) with sterno heat source and serving utensils. We'll set the chafers up, get them ready for the buffet, and take everything down when food service is over.
Disposable Plating. We'll provide plates, knife, fork and napkins for your menu.
Cake Service. We'll provide a small disposable plate, fork, napkin - so your cake is ready for cutting.
$2.65 per guest
This package can be upgraded to glass plating w water goblet, knife, fork, dinner plate for 1.65 more per guest - excludes cake plates.

3 non-alcoholic beverages that we prepare, set-up, and maintain for the duration of your party.

We provide Wait Staff, Bussers, Cake Cutting & End of Night Clean-Up. Great for the client who has hired a restaurant to drop off the food or has had their menu prepared by friends and family. The service staff package is super efficient because it covers bussing, cake cutting, and end of night clean-up.
Two servers/bussers for 5 hours that will:

Scrape rental plates
Cut your cakes
Buss cake plates and drink cups
Empty trash cans as needed
End of Night Cleanup crew that sweeps, mops, takes out trash

Service Staff Package | END
The End of Night Clean-Up is for the client that has not hired their caterer to stay to the end of the night to do cleanup after the party is over OR for the client that does not want to do the final clean-up themselves. End of Night Clean-Up does NOT include the bussing of the guest tables, as this is something your caterer/wait staff will do. Or get the Service Staff Package which includes the End of Night Clean-Up, bussing, cake service and more - at a discounted price.

End of Night Cleanup Package | END
Our Guest Table Package is for those who want a truly gorgeous event and just want to walk into their party and be "Wowed!". We offer amazing centerpieces and we will set everything up and take everything down. You select the color scheme and style. We do the rest.
Beautiful guest table linens in your choice of available colors.
Linen table runners - choice of satin or sequin (colors based on availability). We can substitute table toppers for an additional fee.
Cake Table. We will provide one specialty linen to give your cake table some serious swag.
Head table or sweetheart table. We'll set out one beautiful specialty linen that will make your table of honor stand out.
Service table linens to drape the buffet, beverage, and DJ tables.

This is a "linens only" version of the Guest Table Package.

Guest Table Mini | END
Bartender, Frozen Drink Machine, all Bar Disposables, Bar Supplies, Ice & Ice Coolers.
One bartender for up to 4 hours of bar service and a bar back, as needed. One hour of setup and one hour of cleanup is also included.
For your bar - disposable cups, ice, coolers, cocktail napkins, stirrers, and straws are included.
A Frozen Drink Machine is available and can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic frozen drinks.
The bartender will make your frozen drinks, refill the machine as needed, and serve your drinks until your mix runs out.
This package can not be broken apart.
Client provides all alcohol, beer, wine, and champagne, along with lemons, limes, salt, mixers, and garnishes needed. We do not provide mixers, garnish, or anything perishable.
The serving of alcohol by our bartenders is a requirements and is not an option. This is needed to meet the building insurance policy requirements.
$2.90 per guest for 199 guests or less. The bar guest count is 80% of total, which allows for children and light drinkers.
$3.50 per guest for 200 guests or over (x80%) and one additional bartender is needed, but only for service hours. 2nd bartenderfor service only and does not stay for cleanup.
If you would like your bar to be open longer, extended bartending service is charged at the rate of $45.00 per hour.
You can provide your own specialty cups, but the package price remains the same.
One bartender for every 125 drinking guests is advised. A good bartender can handle additional guests, but the bartender may sometimes have a line at your bar when your party begins. Lines will tend to happen at the beginning of your party, when your bar first opens and everyone is ordering their first drink. Once that initial rush is over, the flow of guests will return to normal and any line at the bar will be minimal. The more involved your bar offerings are, the more likely it is that you will need a second bartender.
The serving of alcohol by our bartenders is one of our few requirements and is not an option. This is needed to meet the building insurance policy requirements.

Bar Package | END
Our on-site venue manager will be present during your reception and will ensure everything is set-up as per your final consultation. The venue manager will manage our contracted staff and services.
Venue Manager is not responsible for the set up or take down of anything you or your vendors bring in for your party. Client responsible to cut their own cakes, buss tables, and clean-up at the end of the night - unless the Chateau staff has been hired to provide that service.
We also have two chalkboards available for you to use.


Most of the reception packages are priced per person, so here's how it goes.
We set 10 guests to a table. If an item were to cost $23.00, the calculation for a price per person would be $23.00 cost / 10 guests per table = $2.30 per person.
The service reception packages are priced at a flat rate due to hourly staff rates. These cost calculations are figured by taking an hourly staff rate and multiplying that rate by the number of hours that staff is needed.

The plates are hard plastic, not foam. The utensils are a nice quality, hard plastic. Due to supply issues, we sometimes must substitute the tableware as pictured, for a clear hard plastic.
