Reception Packages

We offer packages so that we can bundle our most popular services and rentals that save you money. Each package is organized to address a specific part of your reception. Multiple packages may be selected to host your event, according to your needs. These packages can be combined so that you can host the perfect event at a price you can afford. All pricing is on this website unless we customize a package. Most of our packages can be customized.

Most of the reception packages are priced per person: This makes cost calculations a snap because we set 10 guests to a table. For example, if an item were to cost $23.00, the calculation for a price per person would be $23.00 cost / 10 guests per table = $2.30 per person.

Service reception packages are priced at a flat rate: These cost calculations are figured by taking an hourly staff rate and multiplying that rate by the number of hours that they are needed.

Basic Event

What's included

  • Sat events include 12 hours of venue rental time. Weekend events have access at 2:00 and end at 1 AM with all vendors out by 2 AM.
  • Fri & Sun events include 10 hours of venue rental time. Mon - Thurs events include 8 hours of venue rental time. Round tables and chiavari chairs

Price of the hall rental

Add 8.5% service charge for on-site management.

Our on-site venue manager will be present during your reception and will ensure everything is set-up as per your final consultation with regards to room & table configuration, rentals, and will manage our services. The venue manager is not responsible for the set up anything you bring in for your party that is outside of our contracted rentals and services, such as set out your decorations, cut cakes, buss tables, or do end of night clean-up.

Client responsible for bussing tables, as well as end of night cleanup at time of departure, unless a service package is purchased.

Client/caterer responsible for cleaning kitchenette - wiping down counters, floors swept, mopped, and kitchen trash taken out.

Buffet Package

Everything you'll need to serve your menu. These buffet items are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event

    Chafing Dishes (up to 5) with sterno heat source and serving utensils
    Disposable Plating - plates, knife, fork and napkins for the dinner
    Cake Service - small plate, fork, napkin
    This package can be upgraded to glass plating w water goblet, knife, fork, dinner plate for 1.65 more per guest - excludes cake plates.

    $3.55 per guest, plus hall rental price

    Add 8.5% service fee for on-site management

Service Staff Package

We provide Food Service Staff, Bussers, Cake Service & End of Night Clean-Up. The service staffers are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event

    Two servers/bussers for 5 hours that will:
    Replenish the food buffet
    Buss tables
    Clear guest tables
    Scrape rental plates
    Cut your cakes
    Empty trash cans as needed
    End of Night Cleanup crew that sweeps, mops, takes out trash
    $480.00 flat fee, plus hall rental price (for under 200 guests) - with buffet style service.
    $620.00 flat fee, plus hall rental price (for over 201 guests) - because 1 additional server/busser is needed
    Add 8.5% service fee for on-site management

Beverage Package - non-alcoholic

3 non-alcoholic beverages that we prepare, set-up and maintain. These beverage items are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event.

    Beverage station that includes two beverages, plus water:

    *all cups, stirrers & condiments
    $1.95 per guest, plus hall rental price. The number of servings will equal your guest count.

Our Guest Table Package is for those who want a truly gorgeous event and just want to walk into their party and be "Wowed"! We offer amazing centerpieces and we will set everything up and take everything down.  You can select your colors and then we do the rest. Bar Package

Bartender, Margarita Machine, Cups & Ice. These bar items are in addition to everything listed in the Basic Event

    One bartender for up to 6 hours and one hour of setup and cleanup is included.
    For your bar - disposable cups, ice, coolers and cocktail napkins included (no mixers or garnish provided)
    Double Headed Margarita Machine - two flavors possible
    $3.15 per guest plus hall rental price for a guest count for under 175 guests (Number of guests equals 80% of total guest count. The number of guests equals the guest count, if beverage station is not ordered.
    $3.75 per guest plus hall rental price for a guest count for over 176 guests (1 additional bartender needed)
    Add 8.5% service charge for on-site management

The Bar Package is NOT customizable.

We provide all of the non-perishable bar needs. Lemons, limes, salt, and mixers are something that the client needs to provide.

Background Package

Backgrounds are a beautiful addition that draws focus and attention to your head table, cake table, sign-in table, and photo opportunity area. Our background decor package contains your choice of 3 backgrounds and you can select your favorite backgrounds from 4 different styles.

Backgrounds are approximately 7-8 ft tall and 9-10 ft wide. Prices can vary if you choose additional decor embellishments such as lights, greenery, votives, columns, etc.

    $395.00 - Select your favorite 3 backgrounds and receive a free stage. This special will only last through July.

    This package gives you about a 30% savings over renting backgrounds individually. Bundling our backgrounds is like renting 2 and getting 1 free.
